Problem Clarification

One-x attendant application crashes on Windows 7 PC with Java Runtime Error

Cause

When we click on the one-x attendant application to launch it gives Error message “Pure virtual function call” occurs when launch 1XAttd client.

After analyzing the crash dump it was found that java runtime environment is crashing. Java 6 Runtime already exists on that machine which was causing it.

Solution

Development team after reviewing the crash dump from the PC suggested that one possible solution is uninstall the Java Runtime Environment which is present on the PC which has fixed the issue for this customer.
