Problem Clarification

Customer's ESS is currently active due to the hurricane Sandy hit the Main Server and made it offline, but the time on phones are not correct. The phone's time are 2 hours behind the time in Naperville, IL U.S.A.

Cause

The issue was with the configuration of Timezone Offset for Naperville, IL location in the ESS (See below). The timezone offset shouldn't be - 01:00 but +00:00 as confirmed to the customer. After the changes were made, the phones immediately changed their time/date according to the customer's requirements:

Solution

SOLUTION DELIVERED: Helped customer to correct time on phones by configuration change of timezone offset for Naperville, IL (Location 3) from - 01:00 to +00:00 and that resolved the issue.
