Avaya One-X Agent MSI

Problem Clarification

looking for a document where we can find how to install Avaya One-X-Agent via Script/CLI in a Citrix environment

Cause

unable to find documentation on support site.

Solution

For one-x agent we don’t have a separate msi file for citrix like we have in case of one-x communicator. Below is the link for the document which has steps for silent installation of one-x agent. You can follow the same steps to do the installation of one-x agent on citriz xen application and then configure one-x agent as published application for citrix users.
