AACC CCMS Services Will Not Start with BackupExec

Not all services are starting and the system is down

stops on NBNM
AACC / CCMS (any rls) with BackupExec running
Cache not starting

LM stuck in starting

Doubletake.exe

 

Problem Clarification

System was restarted but services would not start

Cause

Backup Exec running and interfering with service startup

Doubletake running and interfering with service startup

BESClient

Tivoli

Solution

Stop BackupExec services and start AACC CCMS services normally

Set backupexec services to disabled and reboot AACC

Set doubletake services to disabled and verify that Cache is running(Sturecov procedure is possible )  reboot AACC.
