IP Office: UC module upgrade/downgrade to 8.1 software.

End User/ Partner Will follow the below steps to download and install the C110-8.1 from the Avaya Support site.

1. Download the software C110-8.1xxxxx from www.support.avaya,com/
2. Download the software UCM Module USB Initiator 2.0.4 from www.support.avaya.com
3. Run the Executable for the UCM Module USB Initiator and install the program.
4. Insert a USB2 key
5. Open the USB Imitator by going to Start, Run, Programs, Avaya, IP Office, UC Module USB Initiator.
6. In the UC Module USB Initiator choose the target device as the USB drive, check install and click "Create USB Drive".
7. Copy the file "c110-8.1.xxxxx.el6.iso"  to directory C110Iso.
8. Place the USB drive in the USB slot in the front of the UC module.
9. Press the Upper button to shutdown the UCM module.
10. The lower light on the UCM module will turn RED when the module is shutdown.
11. Press the two buttons on the front of the UCM module until the light on the module turn flashing orange.
12. The UCM module will boot
13. The UCM module will upgrade.
14. The UCM module will reboot after the upgrade to "Press Any Key".
15. Power Cycle the IP Office.
