One-X Communicator in H.323 mode offers only the H.263 codec for video calls via SP trunk.
call from h323 extension to SIP extension will not have h264 codec in INVITE message.
Vice versa works fine.

Problem Clarification

I want One-X Communicator in H.323 mode to use H.264 for video call when calling One-X Communicator in SIP mode or another ip-phone through SIP-trunk. In fact, when i enabled H.263, H.263-1998 and H.264 in One-X Communicator video settings and making a video call through SIP-trunk, I see only H.263 offer in INVITEs

Cause

issue with CM 6.2 base load.

Solution

upgrade CM 6.2 to patch 02.0.823.0-20396
