IPDECT : Handset 3720 is not ringing for internal call only. External call is ringing normally.
DECT 3720 version 3.2 and 3.3

Problem Clarification

sometimes, DECT 3720 doesn't ring for internal call only, no problem to receive a call from external call.

Cause

in cellphone number mapping for DECT stations in CM , Cell phone number should be populated.

Dial Prefix:

Mapping Mode: termination

Solution

configure the cell phone number in CM station form :
