Problem Clarification

BP trying to use CM paging feature on DECT phones the way it works on IP phones and it does not work on DECT.

Cause

DECT 3749 supports SMS paging via the AIWS. For the handset to provide CM paging this would require an OAP integration and direct CM-paging is not yet supported

Solution

We are checking with PH to see if there are any plans during Edition 4 or Edition 5 of the product enhancements for CM paging to be unified.
