Many calls are dropped by CM
CM , Session Manager and SBC AcmeLast week. We have many calls dropped by CMFew seconds before the call answered, the calls is droppedthe system worked well

Topology:

CM---SessionManager---SBC Acme-----WAN-----SBC Acme Service Provider---Softswitch Service Provider.

 

Problem Clarification

CM: CM SIP trunk is sending BYE after 30 seconds in call connected.

Cause

WAN issue with Service Provider.

Logs collected in side customer by SBC Acme and logs SBC Acme side Service Provider.

Solution

Service Provider issue- fixed incorrect configuretion in Routes WAN settings.

After adjusted:
Side SBC Customer ---------------------------------------------------------- Side SBC Service Provider

                                              ------------- 180 Trying--------------->
                    SCB is sending ------------- 200 OK ------------------> Received to the SBC Provider
   CM,SM and SCB received <------------ ACK ---------------------- Sending ACK Softswitch Provider
 

NOTE: No more dropped calls with 32 seconds!!!
