MM716 doesn't provide ringing voltage to connected analog phone

Analog deskphone connected to Media Module MM716 failed to work. Endpoints were switched between MM716 ports and the failure stayed at one port.

Problem Clarification

Measured with multimeter it could be confirmed that the MM716 port didn't provide ringing voltage for the connected analog phone.

Cause

MM716 hardware was defective.

Solution

Replacement of the MM716 module.
