The analog card in another slot was causing an issue. The tech onsite removed each board in the GW and then reseated them (one at a time) When he reseated the MM711 card the phones all showed as disconnected. Tech replaced teh MM711 card and all digital phones recovered Correctly.
1, Testing showed as wiring issue.
2. MM711 Board tested and was working correctly.
3. All cabling and wiring was checked and verified.
4. MM717 board was replaced
5. GW was replaced.
6. All MM modules were removed and reseated until Bad Module was found.
Troubleshooting steps should have been to verify all cabling, Replace the MM717 board, remove and reseat all other Modules. It none of those steps work then and only then replace the MG.
