Problem Clarification

Link between AES and ESS server is bouncing

Below are the Logs from AES server:-

Cause

ESS translations are being received. When Translation saved to ESS server it reset its link with AES server

Solution

Genuine Alarm. ESS translations are received and this cause the link between the ESS and AES to bounce .

This is working as designed.
