Problem Clarification

System dial tone and secondary dial tone (ARS code dialed) is same and want to have different system dial tone.

 

Cause

Configuration issue

Solution

change the following parameter and system dial tone is different to Secondary dial tone.

change tone-generation 1 Page 1 of X
TONE GENERATION 1
Base Tone Generator Set: 1
 
 
440Hz PBX-dial Tone? --> Enable    440Hz Secondary-dial Tone? N
