Callpilot unable to install Callpilot Reporter - keeps showing up offline.
Reporter was uninstalled and reinstalled serveral times.Getting RPC server is unavaiable CDSJob::_GetOMServer(): Unable to create an instance of callpilot NMAOSCBroker_COMobjectSite is having connection issues connecting to windows 2008 web server

Problem Clarification

Tech is unable to run reports due to connection issue

Cause

Host file has incorrect managing server host name.

Solution

-Go to Start> Run> and enter Drivers.
-Open etc and then Hosts file.
-Correct managed Clan host name entry in host file in Reporter and CallPilot (If CallPilot HA both need the host table updated).
