AAEP issue with AES encryption and conferencing
6.0.2.0.0501

Details: AAEP 6.0.2.0.0501 with Nuance ASR is installed.
The AAEP is connected by H.323 with AES Media Encryption.
Here is a �after legitimizing� app integrated. Flow is:

� External Caller (A) calls an CM Agent (B)
� Agent (B) starts CONFERENCE to AAEP (C) / Caller hears music
� On AAEP (C) connect Agent finalizes the CONFERENCE

Now the Caller should be authenticated by ASR � BUT no RTP Payload is send from MPP to Nuance � in wireshark traces the payload can be seen � BUT IT IS ALWAYS EMPTY!.
I can reproduce that in my lab system � the problem is only if AES is enabled by mrcp v1 and also mrcp v2. In case of failure I found following log entries:

Problem Clarification

AAEP call conferencing fails when AES encryption is enabled

Cause

It seems a new issue related to conference with AES encrypted media.

Solution

Reported issue is a product defect. Development team is working on the fix and it will be included in AAEP 6 SP 3 which will be available from April 7 2014.
The reported issue was resolved after applying the patch Experience Portal 6.0 SP2 hotfix - 6.0.2.0.0531.
