Utility Services Server 6.2 (on S8300 LSP)

Problem Clarification

Problem with the Utility server: The reset IP-Phones procedure can't be used anymore. The created tasks stay in CREATED state, and will not reboot the phones as expected.

Cause

No patch was installed at all.

Solution

Had to install latest available Service Pack on the Utility Services server. (patch 6.2.9.0.15 ).
All the pending tasks had to be removed. manually, Then the new scheduled tasks started to run/work again perfectly.
