Problem Clarification

Unable to reach or not able to access through webinterface of LSP server and not registered to the main server.

Cause

LSP having IP address conflict with media gateway at the site.

Solution

Need to change the IP address of the LSP or Media gatway.

Below steps are used to reconfigure the LSP server IP address by connecting the laptop to the server console port.

Steps:

Need to configure the Laptop IP address as (192.11.13.5/255.255.255.252)

and for the LSP Server console port configure IP (192.11.13.6/255.255.255.252).

1.Then you to access the web interface of the LSP server via 192.11.13.6(http://192.11.13.6).

2.Then go to Installation > Configure Server click next till you will be routed to configure individual interfaces >

set identities From there you can set the IP address of the LSP server.
