Cause

one x attendant password forget

Solution

Below the procedure to change one x attendant password to default (000000).

1. Login to winsql from the One X Attendant Installation folder and open service tools via \CM\software\Service-Tools (select data source- one x attendant, user id- dba, password- sql, database type- Genetic odbc) . You could also install the App that is available free to download from the Internet.

2. One x attendant > tables > dba.tbl_users > browse data

3. Select one x attendant according to username

4. Double click on password

5. Put default password (000000), under new value for password

6. Execute and close it

7. Launch one x attendant and enter password “000000”

8. Change password
