Remote user on OnexPortal is unable to log in.  The phone says "license cound not be assigned".
IP Office Administrator moved a user from one IP Office to another.


 

Problem Clarification

IP Office user could not log into One-X portal and gets a message that a license could not be provided.

Cause

Software Corruption

Solution

1. Rename the old extension full name and display name.
2. Create a New extension with the user full name and display name. Give it Power user and One-portal rights.
3. Log into the One-X portal as a Administasrtor and perform a Database Sync.
4. After the new user appears and the old one is gone in the System directory in the Admin menus, delete the orginal user.
5. Change the ext on the new user.
