Calls on active digital stations cover to voicemail

The server is a CM6 server running on R016x.00.1.510.1 software.

Keywords: 2nd & 3rd line appearances are not ringing, and go striaght to voicemail.
 

Problem Clarification

If a call is already active on a digital station, and a second call rings that station, the call immediately goes to coverage.

Cause

The cause is with translations. The administrator did not intend for calls to phones with an active call to go to voicemail. See the following coverage path, used for their multiappearance stations:

Solution

Change the coverage path so inside and outside active calls do not go to cover.
