Problem Clarification

Trying to  increase members in  existing IP trunk from 9 to 20 as they have licenses for H323 trunk members.

Cause

S8300 with Media gateways has  maximum capacity to administer 450 trunk ports.Though licenses are available for H323 trunk capacity , reached system capacity for trunk ports.

in system, all 450 trunk ports were administered , that's the reason CM is throwing error while adding new members.

Solution

Cannot add new   members to any trunk  as  administered  max trunk members for S8300 server.
