Problem Clarification

Looking for Prognosis VOIP Monitor tool in support site to download and could not find .need link to download

Cause

Prognosis is no longer entitled with CM. It is not part of the "Tools" CD nor available on support web site.

Solution

Prognosis in now available or sold through the SPP program (Devconnect Select Partner Program).

For Direct customers : Contact Client Service Manager (CSM)

For Business Partners:

They need to look for new DevConnect SPP portfolio on Sales/Partner Portal (new category under “Solutions & Products”). Select Product Addendums provide technical, marketing and operational details on each offer.
