CMS 16.3 Can't access Centevu Supervisor reports when using touchpads.
Administrators can't access reports from a laptop but can access from a desktop

Problem Clarification

CMS supervisor application crashes when running reports
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: ACSCntrl.exe

Cause

Touchscreen / tablet features in Windows 7 was enabled.

CMS supervisor PC client will not support Touch screens and tablets.

e.g. MS type (Surface pro models), Dell types (PC Latitude) touch tablet, or ASUS types (Zenpads) or Amazon Fires.

Solution

Disabled touch screen/tablet feature in windows 7.
