Problem Clarification

BP/customer side want to know why BCMS Vu real time Split/Skill summary bar Graph Report there is no information display out, while at the same time if we run the same skill report with other format e.g. Split/Skill summary text report, Split/Skill details bar graph or Agent work states summary pie chart reports, the correct agent states information could be shown correctly.

Cause

After further investigation we found that “monitor bcms system” is not giving any data on CM which is the reason behind the Realtime summary reports not working on BCMRD.
Also found a MR on CM for this issue.

Solution

Install CM6.2 SP8 would be able to fix this issue.
The issue empty screen for "monitor bcms system" is solved with MR defsw130157.
To keep the system up to date the SP8 top of CM6.2 has to be applied. We can download it from the following link:
