Problem Clarification

IPO CCR 8: CCRserver found issue on CCR components.

Cause

CCR server is missing minimum pre-requisite to Windows 2008 x64. Issues found with data analyzer component.

Windows Event Viewer:
The description for Event ID 33604 from source Avaya IPOCCR Realtime Calculation Service cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.
You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:

The ASA-GOS Thread has entered the running state the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table

and

Error - Avaya IPOCCR Database Monitor Service - ID 2018 =Link Down
The Database Monitor Service experienced communication failure with the Database.

Solution

Customer needs reinstall CCR because CCR is missing minimum pre-requisite to Windows 2008 x64
