Agent Desktop shows a License Error in the Status Bar, to troubleshoot it, close CCE Desktop and confirm the following
· A CCE MS-CRM License has been installed on the License Director in use
· The Desktop has a Primary License Director specified in it’s configuration
· The Desktop is configured to connect to a License Director. (Connect License Director = True)
Can you please confirm below configuration:
1. Close CCE Desktop
2. Open Configuration Server
3. In your User Template, find the MS-CRM Section in the Plug In Assembly List and confirm that it has the appropriate configuration Value associated with it.
4. Browse to the ‘MS CRM Gui Plugin’ section
5. Confirm the Assembly Name is ‘ASMSCRMGuiPlugin.dll’
6. Browse to the ‘License Director’ section
7. Confirm that your Server name is listed in the ‘Primary License Director IP’ section
8. Confirm that ‘Connect License Director’ is set to True
9. Save and Close the Template
