Problem Clarification

The ssh process stopped working on both servers at the same time.

If you stop and start ssh logins will work for about 60 seconds and them stop working.

Cause

The network port monitor, Nectar, password expired.  If Nector cannot login it retries every 10 seconds.

/var/adm/messages:

Solution

Customer's network team located the port monitor and resolved the problem.

We restarted the ssh process:

svcadm disable ssh

svcadm enable ssh
