Action Plan,
1) Login to the system via web browser
2) Log in to the maintenance web interface
3) Select configure server option and configure individual services
4) Change the host name on the 'Set Identities' screen
5) Change Host name as WhiteHouse
6) Continue
7) End the session.
Login to the command line (linux shell)
1) Should see hostname dadmin@WhiteHouse
2) Command : hostname
3) Vi /etc/hosts
Out put of 2 and 3 should remain same.
try to perform backup from linux shell and it will work with below command and then check with web browser.
Sudo backup –b –d /var/home/ftp/pub –n 3 xln os security
