Problem Clarification

While trying to connect through CMS supervisor R17, user is getting the following error -
"Error: 339 ---- Location Sub_Main" and not able to connect.

Cause

The issue was on the client side with .msi file causing this for Supervisor application.

Solution

User downloaded the latest CMS Supervisor R17 client application not from the Avaya website and it installed without errors. It is always recommneded that user should download the latest Supervisor application from Avaya site when available, not from other resources.
