How to get the system platform version:

  1. First run swversion on the system, platform.
  2. Then log into system platform
  3. Check on the web interface on which system platform version
  4. And or if once have access to command line type swversion.

 

 

Problem Clarification

 

Business Partner ran this swversion on CM (Communication Manager). 

Cause

 

Downloading reached 99% and hung.

Solution

 

Need to start again downloading the patch and install it.
