Restore Programming (#125) 

Use this feature to reinstate your system and telephone programming (except the System Date and backup (manual or automatic).  You should restore the system settings if your system settings become corrupted, if you make changes and decide you would rather use the former settings, or if you replace your processor module and want to retain the system settings you had on the previous processor module.  A successful restore takes about five seconds. System Time) to the settings saved on the processor module or a PC Card at the last system.
 

 

Problem Clarification

Lost programming. System not working properly, not able to use some system features.  Auto Attendant picks up calls immediately when it should ring at extension first

Solution

To initiate a restore:

From extension 10 or 11
 
Step 1   Press Feature 00” Left Intercom Twice #125
The top line of the display shows Sys Set Restore or System Settings Restore.
 
Step 2   Choose the backup file you want to use for the restore:
 
                Press 1 for Internal Manual:                             MMDDYY represents the date of the manual backup to the internal memory of the processor module
                Press 2 for PC Card Manual:                           MMDDYY represents the date of the manual backup on the PC card
Press 3 for Internal Auto:                                  MMDDYY represents the date of the automatic backup to the internal memory of the processor module
Press 4 for the PC Card Auto:                          MMDDYY represents the automatic backup on the PC card
 
Step 3
                Press Enter to start the restore
