Problem Clarification

Media Gateway G450 ipphones users reports of dead air and one way talk path intermittent.

Cause

MG each time show rmon statistics is typed CRC values i high and growing..  it should be always in Zero value.

MG port configured correctly at 100 full fixed autonegotiation disabled.

Solution

Involved to customer data team to review lan swithc port settings in sense have sam settings MG.

Customer data team reconfigured accordingly and CRC goes to zero value not changing and audio issues fixed.
