Problem Clarification

- When there are only 2x call-appearance (and no coverage path assigned), the 2nd incoming call pops up and then drops immediately.

Caller gets busy signal (as expected).

As temporary workaround if really urgent, apply the attached new AvayaFlareEngineDll.dll
To apply this binary you need to copy (replace) attached file to installation 1XC folder. By default this is a path:
32-bit OS: C:\Program Files\Avaya\Avaya one-X Communicator
64-bit OS: C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\Avaya one-X Communicator
