Problem Clarification

B179 conf sets drop when on mute when dialing into Intercall bridge

When Mute button is pressed while on call, there is no talk path.

Cause

Intercall bridge drops call due to lack of RTP when mute button is used on B179 set

Solution

Intercall made a change in the software to periodically send a silence frame.

Upgraded the FW to latest 2.4.x which resolved the issue
