96x1 IP phones: after reboot phone lost few parameters and reset to default

CM 5.2.x, 6.x: settings not saved on 9611G phones.

Problem Clarification

-Once BP reboot the phone and remove file server IP address, phone is clearing the settings for few parameter and reset to default.
-Settings on 9611G are not saved for beep tone while Server is down. Other phones are working fine (anything except G). Currently using H.323.

On page 61, it gives list of features that can be retained by phone after reboot,

46xxsettings parameters retained during reboot During a reboot, if the deskphone is unable to access the 46xxsettings file, it does not retain the values of all the parameters. For the list of retained parameters, see the following table.
