AKA "oops wrong hole alarm".

Problem Clarification

System Platform reports this high severity alarm but it can be ignored as eth1 is only the local services port on the server.

Cause

Field techs use this port. If someone plugs in a cable and then unplugs it, sev4 alarm is generated.

Solution

This alarm can be ignored. No further investigation needed.
