CM6.0 and G450 : no boad in G450

CM 6.0 simplex with G450 Gateway, recently the customer changed the end switch to Cisco 4046 and they added 100 more DID on the existing PRI.now the problem is internal dial tone goes off and the gateway shows registered but no boards showing after restarting the gateway it works. again the problem is repeating daily.
Avaya Product affected and version: CM Simplex 6.0

Problem Clarification

no internal dial tone on phones, gateway showing registered but no boards , Phone display shows normal.
Where there any changes made: Yes, they changed the end switches to Cisco 4506 and 100 more DID range added on the existing PRI. (after this the problem occurred)
What actions have been attempted to resolve this issue: G450 Firmware update and all modules vintage updated

Cause

BP missing the compatibility FW with CM version and patch level.

Solution

come with compatibility matrix then MG450 showing the board again.
