Problem Clarification

Recieved question: "Can we set the firmware 3.1.5 on 9620 (with no suffix) phones with ACM 6.3.8? According to that Product Compatibility Matrix is not possible and should be 3.2 minimum, but those phones only accept 3.1.5. Can you ensure that it is going to work? If not, could you please provide a solution?"

Cause

End-user wants to upgrade to CM 6.3.8 but the minimum fw requirement would be 3.2 for the 9620 phones.

Solution

There are 3 versions from the 9620 endpoint:

9620:(it has a USB port)

9620L: (it does not have a USB port)

9620C: (LCD is color)

Latest fw versions:

9620: 3.2.2

9620L and 9620C: 3.2.4.2
