Use the CM SAT command "list trace media-gateway identifier xxx" to trace the gateway registration messages and denial events.
Ping the IP of the MG to verify connectivity.
Verify the serial number by running the "show system" command from the media gateway. It is possible the printed label on the chassis is incorrect. This number MUST match the entry on the media gateway form in CM (i.e. display media-gateway <mg#>).
Use the command "show faults" to check for errors. Use "show event-log" (must run as privileged user) to check the event log.
Try to collect packet capture on the g450 eth port. Investigated the packet trace, and we cannot see any register request message sent by the g450.
