9611G IP phone,  firmware is H.323 6.2313 and  6.4014.and on E129 with firmware 1.0.2

Problem Clarification

E129, 9611G reports incorrect RTCP network delay statistics while calling voicemail. For example: calling from a 9611G  -running H.323 6.2313 or 6.4014 firmware- to Modular Messaging (any of the 2 MSS), looking at the real time network info in phone menu: One-way network delay values observed in real time on the phone vary from -13500 ms to +25000 ms, these are unrealistic values. The call quality for all calls to voicemail is OK but the incorrect data results in bad score in global RTCP QoS reports.

Statistics look correct when calling from a 9620L IP phone.

Cause

firmware issue
