All SAL Gateway releases prior to 2.2.

The browser reports the following error when trying to connect to the SAL Gateway:

"Cannot Communicate Securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s)."

Problem Clarification

The SAL Gateway web page is not working with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer 11.

Cause

Newer browser versions have removed support for an encryption algorithm (DSA) used in earlier SAL versions.

also check the firewall settings as well

Solution

Solution is to upgrade the SAL to the latest version.

Avaya Product Support Notice is now out to resolved this issue. The PSN #PSN004538u indicates that the SAL Gateway Web UI (for Gateway Administration ) does not work with Internet Explorer 11. See this PSN link from Avaya Support and applied the Resolution to resolved this Problem.
