Cause

Running 24/7 real-time reports

Solution

It is not best practice to run 24/7 real-time reports, advised customer it would impact the performance of supervisor client and possibly PC hang as well.

Recommendation:

Is running Run 24/7 real-time reports, make sure there are no custom reports which query bulk amount of data and log out/exit from the Supervisor after 6 to 8 hrs and login back.
