IP Office 500 V2 with Digital Station Module has no Dial Tone. Unable to call or be called.  No lights  on the phones.


 

Problem Clarification

IP Office 500 V2 9.0.6 Digital Station module provides no dial tone.

 

Rebooted IP Office but still No Dial Tone

Cause

The Digital Station Module is defective. No dial tone is provided and the phones will not light up. Bad Power Supply.

Solution

Replace the Digital Station module.
