Problem Clarification

System is not experiencing any issues

Cause

As per Intel blog https://communities.intel.com/thread/16083?start=0&tstart=0

Can be caused by intermitted slow drive responsiveness. Error is more of a informational alarm.

Solution

Site should continue to maintain regular routine full backs and archive backups of system. IF errors start appearing with Predictive Failure messages displaying bad blocks, replaced defective dive.
