Button Module BM12 normally work with 9641, we have disabled working console from 9641, and tried to connect to 9630, but buttons are not displayed, the display is not illuminated.

Cause

BM12 Button Module will not power up with Avaya 9630

Solution

Working as designed: BM12 is not compatible with 9630 phone. BP need to use SMB24
