Problem Clarification

Customer are calling a CDN in AACC from Avaya IP Phone, as per the script, the call has to be routed back to one extension in CM.
denial event 1817: No rte for unauth domain

Cause

Incorrect domain name.
Example:

AACC domain Name
abc.net.comapnyname

SM Domain and rest of the component have below domain Name,
abc.network.comapnyname

Solution

There are 3 possible way to clear this issue as below,

1) Correct domain name in AACC end.
2) Use Graphical overflow in OD
3) You can use adaptation in SMGR as below,

Adaptation Name: This is any name to describe the adaptation

Module Name: DigitConversionAdapter

Module Parameter: odstd=abc.network.comapnyname

It will modify domain, we need to test during off peak hours and according to that modify parameters.
