Problem Clarification

Cannot send broadcast messages.

Cause

Improper procedure used for sending broadcast messages.

Solution

Log into user mailbox.
Press 1 to record a message.
Press # (pound) to save message.
When prompted, enter the mailbox of recipient (broadcast mailbox number).
Listen to the prompts for options, or press # (pound) to send message.
If you here "scheduled for delivery", message is being queued to be sent.
Open mailbox and check for broadcast message.
