Problem Clarification

Unable to make coverage call to cell via SIP trunk from another network region, becouse No CPN sent to PSTN.
denial event 2291: Rem off-net covpt is busy.

Able to make coverage call to cell via SIP trunk
by station from the same network region.
CPN sent as set 'Public Unknown Numbering' table.

The problem is that the From header does not contain Calling Party Number.

Due to this the Service Provider rejects the call.

 

Solution

Set CPN for all stations on public-unknown-numbering tables for trunk-group 21
