Problem Clarification

Customer wants to sync the system clock to an NTP server on their G430/G450 Branch Gateways.

Cause

They cannot find the procedure in the documentation

Solution

G450/G430 syncs its internal system clock with Communication Manager during h.248 registration process. The Communication Manager's clock must be synced to a reliable NTP source.
