Spitfire Dialer by OPC Marketing - More than 6 agents cannot login when extension # is used for registration with IPO. However when using DID directed to Extension numbers than more than six agents can log in

Problem Clarification

A third application Spit fire could not get more than six agents logged with it's client software.

Cause

The Spitfire Dialer has not gone thru Compliance training with Avaya Devconenct and not certified on 9.0 or 9.1

Solution

The customer and business partner was referred to Avaya Dev Connect team for compliance testing.
